Huh this is going to be hard task. Player donotpay didn't locked under fog (at least I couldn't find any locks), but his game play was complete joke. He never build a radar from china command center, but never the less every his gen promotion usage was perfect, even on the other part of never seen map. But i found force firing on my unseen Jarmen. First he gave attack order to nuke cannon targeting my Jarmen when Jarmen was on the middle of cross-pass then he canceled that attack order and gave new attack order just in front of my unseen jarmen From his perspective I leave to Flame Iori or Google to make this verdict.
Thats not all. Player donotpay cryed almost whole game, asking from me to attack red (he was lager), then he asked from green player to attack me because i had two bases (but he couldn't knew that because he never build radar, neither he was on that part of map). After green almost devastate my upper base, player donotpay started to cry about 2v1. I knew what he will do so i tryed to force mm conviction. Here is what he said donotpay:do not fcking team i ewarning (bad English) me:or what donotpay:do not team last chance me:what will you do donotpay:game over cool over me:how donotpay:watch Then he left the game and mm screen appears. Also border line for conviction i left for FlameIori or Google to make Verdict

Both Mh and MM becoz he clearly said "donotpay:game over cool over" .I think svunny would also do the same we should be strict to these type of morons. :@
A: convict him for maphack and mismatch? B: convict him for maphack, but not mismatch? C: convict him for mismatch, but not maphack? D: they will not convict him at all.
From the screenshots jarmen had sniped the overlord, so it may have been guess and luck. I guess that this will be some kind of insufficient evidence case, as there is no explicit lock on under the fog. That's too bad because this is really suspicious play.
Ok facts then. Lets talk about general promotion usage. It is not convictable but it is good clue that something is wrong and that third party device is maybe here. Gen promotion usage along with FF on Jarmen could lead to conviction!
1. Second carpet on exact place (well not so suspicious every skilled player would do this but not so precise)
2.This was most funny moment in the game. Artillery fire on totally different spot on map (far right spot). He was never there, neither he revelaed that part of map in entire game, he couldn't knew that was green player wf there with so many vee's and rpg in that moment, he has no radar.
3. Carpet bombing again on green player's wf and bunch of vee's and rpg who was there in that moment. That part of map was also never revealed for him, again no radar.
4. Mines. Soon after carpet he used mines from general promotion again on right spot where was bunch of vee's. He couldn't knew that vee's moved there. No radar.
5. Again mines on exact spot where was bunch of unseen vee's in that moment. Still no radar.
Now i can understand luck factor and skill factor easy, but in this case luck has nothing to do with. Whole game no radar and so surgical precise with carpet, artillery and mines.

So first map hack conviction based on general points usage
It will not be the first, but lord you didn't get the point. Gen promotion usage is only indicator and clue. FF on Jarmen is most important moment for conviction.
I must say that it looks obvious that there was some kind of map hack involved. Wether to convict or not is a matter of semantics. Is "force firing right next to stealth jarmen, twice in a row" equivalent to this :
