As an Orianna player I find that leap/blink champions are the biggest problem, especially beefy ones such as aka, kat and sometimes Kass. It's also important to treat her like Karthus, dodge the ball and don't get too close unless you are ready to kill, otherwise you will be killed quite quickly.
