apo isn't that rare, hamduck and tex are playing it with good results, but FC is just better in nearly every aspect. i would say that i meet TM and apo similar often.

there are a couple of overperforming heros, like FC, LA, WB or CL. also inq is in that league somehow. eldar heroes are all equally good, maybe FS is a little better then the other two. but it's close.


there are some heros which aren't played that often, RA is maybe the least played hero.

yup apo is out fc lulzs is in ravener alpha is ok imo high mobility 35rdmg
funny how mek with just battery pack costing next to nothing at 100req 20 power in t1 is better at healing than an apothecary.
400hp+100energy>>>>>110hp Redic
If u use battery pack on a fc/cl with shield it will giv back energy for shield allowing them to tank 1kdmg.
Thank fuck no one uses this imba bsin team games although they may if they read this.

This game is redic wish we had someone who could balance...

Battery pack, barring 2v2 or 3v3, does not really get much from healing 400hp per model. Orks before t3 nobs only go up to 250 at most, barring the weirdboy, with lootas and bustas, who should avoid combat at all costs neway due to dps drops from model loss or from the whole setup team thing. And the energy bonus on the race with so few units who actually use energy(Stormboyz, Kommandos and the Weirdboy who does not really benefit because he has a huge pool and his cheapest ability comes in at 125) does not actually come in all that handy.

How is a guaranteed heal from death ---> full not much? I've lost squads due to battery pack heals at the right time turning the tide of a melee fight previously in my favour. Effectiveness depends highly on the amount of models still alive... Yet another random factor.

yeah it always healz orks to full because orks only benefit from the first 200 at best. Id much rather it give something all ork units could benefit from rather than a bunch of hp they can't use. A dmg reduc or a speed boost something besides overhealing, not like in tf2 sadly, them to practically 2 fold their standard.

I've lost fights to spirit stones and god knows asm with apo. It's something you got to expect when facing em.

The +energy can be really important for Stormboys, but it shines for healing allies in team games.

It can be but more often they don't need it. Their jump is the only thing that uses energy and with a 50 energy cost and the 15 sec cooldown going back to back jumps take a solid amount of time, which should be long enough to force off one army or the other before their cooldown ends at teh 30 second mark. After which you only need 20 seconds after the cooldown to do a third.

ObJECTION!!!, finally got to play that on me ipod. I would never say that bomma boyz is free. The cost of 20 red on top of 40/4 to reinforce along with removing a 1/5(or less with nob) of ur dps is hardly a cheap move. The reason I never use it is how often it has bugged on me and jumps the would be kamikaze right on top of my storms, or more if their surrounded by me boyz.

For this thread ur right its free but it painz me too much to let bomma boyz seem like an inexpensive choice. Dey even removed the red gained from the bomber's demise, those heartless bastards.

im maining apo and im doing alright, he still has a lot of powerful options and is just as good as many of the other heroes, its just not OP now so people stop playing him and go fc.. people only played apo because he was op but now his balanced people stay away
