Kanes Wrath

Ok so I have no idea how to counter this.
I always scout early and see they;ve sold their CY and going for the BH manspam rush. How do you counter it? vanilla GDI infantry get eaten, watchtowers are useless, APCs get smashed by the rocket troopers and I struggle to run over untis with harvester. I honestly just have no idea how to counter the BH rush. Please someone give me some tips? The best I can do is lay some mines with APC and hopefully get my engineer (that was suppose to be going for the bottom spike) all the way around to take one of their hands of nod but I just have no idea how to counter this rush. Any tips plz?

A lot of watch towers (4-5+) placed behind powerplants should do the job - in fact, Rift is the easisest map to counter this rush.

That map is smaller, so it should be easier on Rift.
