Dota 2

Hi

I guess the topic explains it quite well. Whenever I am in-game I can't shortly go to desktop, because the game will close itself after some seconds of freezing. When I start dota2.exe and did not start a game yet, I can freely switch between game and desktop, but after I found a server to play, it will crash.

My friend mentioned, that my PC is probalby too slow, but I can't really believe that. ( 2Gb Ram, 2x 3.2 Ghz and a GTX 550 Ti with 1.024 Mb )

Any suggestions?

It is not your computer.
That happen to me one time.
Before you start DotA 2.
Steam >> Right Click Dota 2 >> Properties
Then, Set Launch Options >> -window -w 1980 -h 1280 -noborder
Then, Click OK of course then try it again.
You can put -console at the end of it if you wish.
But that is what I did to mine so it doesn't freeze when I alt tab.

But I already 'discovered' the borderless window mode, which perfectly does the job.
