No. Atm UTC is GMT+1 due the Summer (Daylight Saving) Time, if I am not mistaken.

I use this Time Zone Converter for such occasions (imo is much better than the one posted here on GR).

It isn't.

GMT and UTC are the same as Luke said. However, as of two weeks ago it is GMT+1 in the UK. Therefore, 5pm UTC/GMT is 6pm in the UK and 7pm in France for example.

Actually I meant this, but evidently I have expressed myself not enough clearly. Also my example was for UK/London Time (like the example below).

I always posted a one-sentence reminder regarding this in tournament newsposts along with a link to the timeanddate.com fixed-time world clock and a countdown.

I will make sure the new newposts have a link to those although I doubt much will change. Tournament is completed, locked!
