I know playing without ws , there are also other useful and affective tactics to play against gob/orc spam with any faction in 2.06 so I dont mind if they will be removed or not.Since BT2:DC is the most balanced patch for now, ws can always be faced properly .

Idk if some1 understands but by nerfing warg sentries we gonna make them useless, warg sentries are broken.

As long as we don't overnerf them, they won't be useless. We still want them to be useful vs spam, just not as useful as they are now tongue.gif

Imo:
-increase the cost by 100
-reduece sentries from two to one
-sentries should die vs pikes straigh-away.

Also we should change topic teatle from "Lurtz" to "we love warg sentries". biggrin.gif

That would be way over nerfed imo.

I think
-price stays the same
-sentries take 50cp
-wargs die almost instantly when they trample pike

Yeah but the thing is, they pikes don't stop them fast enough still. The wargs can still trample pikes for like 5 seconds until they die unless you target them. And remember the defending player needs no skill whatsoever. He just sits there while the wargs do everything, he can be concentrating on microing/macro elsewhere. Also if he's defending with an saru/army too, all he needs to do is kill your pikes and the rest of your army is owned by his wargs.

Trust me, a Saru/army/warg sentry spam defence can defend for literally ages if played right.

Just make sentries die instantly when they trample pikes.

All that other stuff like increasing price or making them take up CP space is unnecessary.

I don't know why people are suggesting sentries should die instantly to pikes, it would just make the game easier, nothing more. In terms of balance it wouldn't change anything.

well, i think i have a suggestion or two: first of all, i think gobs have most shit pp path and cuz of that they are slightly in worse position lategame vs anyone...i think solution is that dragon and balrog swicth positions...then i personally dont think warg sentries should be weakened, when facing isen isen op thing is lurtz with his hero killing powers...in early and mid game its almost impossible to avoid ur hero being killed. solution for this could be that traping power (cripple shot) doesent last so long...and last thing i think that lorien warriors or elven horses (unupgraded) should be a bit more usefull

Gobs PP path is fine as is. Warg Sentries should be like regular cavalry in regards to when they run into pikes. Why should they be able to trample pikes and avoid damage, while other cavalry instantly die when they run into pikes? Lurtz is fine. LW and Elven Horses are fine as well.

Lurtz is definitely imbalanced. Isengard depends way too much on him. It would be better if the same balance was achieved without Lurtz being so strong but I guess its fine as it is. No other faction depends that much on one single hero and I don't really like that, because it heavily limits Isengard's options in the early midgame.
