I didn't like it, spending a whole match chasing the dude with the flag while he keeps running for the hills with his buddies getting free frags isn't my idea of fun.

I do like the concept and atmosphere, though.

Don't like the art style. Seems too bland and uninteresting.

Tbh i hate tribes. Its so freaking unbalanced even tho the concept is really good. Every time ive plated its just doombringer, raiders and juggernauts every where which you have to shoot 10 times to get them killed while they need to 1 shot you as a pathfinder, and seeing that raiders and doombringers have bullshit rifles and miniguns the speed and mobility advantage is nullified.

i think you're either playing the wrong game type or you don't really get the game. i haven't been playing very long but the idea as path finder is to grab the flag or kill the guy who grabbed the flag and to do so at over 160 k/h. heavys aren't going to do much when you're that fast. of course you need the other classes to defend/break defenses.

But the problems is that you can lose that speed pretty fast and Heavies are not penalized since they can easily go on speed of 80k/h.

yeah but it's hard to cap at 80k an hour because pathfinders will be all over you with nitrons and knock the flag away. heavies can get faster but they do best when they stand around shoot shit. heavies generally have a harder time getting up to speed although i know they can because i've played juggernaut a little.

as for losing speed fast, it depends. the idea is to have a route that keeps your speed up and follow that but if something happens you can use weapons to boost your speed some.

pathfinders aren't going to do very well against a well defended flag though, on some maps strikes can't even clear the stand because of overhangs.
