Once a frontline combatant in the devastating Omnic Crisis, this curious Bastion unit now explores the world, fascinated by nature but wary of a fearful humanity.

Originally created for peacekeeping purposes, Bastion robot units possessed the unique ability to rapidly reconfigure themselves into an assault-cannon mode. But during the Omnic Crisis, they were turned against their human makers, forming the bulk of the omnics' rebel army. Following the resolution of the crisis, nearly all of them were destroyed or disassembled. To this day, Bastion units still symbolize the horrors of the conflict.

The Bastion unit is not really fearful of humans, it has encounter a few of them, but rather than engaging in new human evolution, it's curiosity about the wild made it stay clear of massive cities. smile.gif

Very good written article. smile.gif
Only thing i'd add as a Tip is:
If your team got Problems with an incoming Reinhardt, Bastion is the hero to go for. Just Set up in a way where enemy snipers cant approach you, then go Sentry Mode and Spray down Reinhardt Shield.
The Shield got 2000 health but you can take it down in seconds and thereby hold back the enemy Team where they otherwise, could have Set up a good Push.

Plus sitting on the payload with a Reinhardt in front of you, plus a mercy gicing u damage boost is a pain for the Defensive Team. smile.gif
