i was wondering if i could capture a vehicle even if theres a enemy in it already and if not how can i get the guy out of it

You can't capture it, but sometimes when you're shooting at the tank you kill the crew (althou this usually happens with lighter vehicles) and you can then capture it. I don't know of any other way.

sometimes a player from each team can have men in the same vehicle. Ive only ever seen it happen once though

You can man your teammate's vehicle, if it is empty at the time, it would become yours, if it just has crews missing, your only control of the vehicle would be telling your crew to get off. Otherwise they will function as part of the tank crew member.

yes the reply above is spot on correct, in real life when an armour piercing round or even a large enough high explosive round hits armour but does not penatrate it, it can still kill the crew inside it, because the inside of the vehicles armour splinters and kills them, this effect is called "spalding".

this can and does happen in the game but not very often, ive had it happen a couple of times to me and for me, BUT believe me it sickens you when this happens to your brand new shinney tank you just bought and you see an enemy jump in and drive off with your tank, which you then have to try and blow up before he can turn it against you!!! lol
