Alright, I guess I'm not a better player or anything, but I gotta point out some mistakes I saw in this replay.
First of all, why on earth did you not get a counter up for the bunker? It really, really helped him stay in the game by reinforcing his grenadiers next to it, at the point when he was saying gg. WSC would be a great choice. Not only would it help against the medic bunker, but it's a perfect counter for tier 2 in general (and of course vs infantry vet). You really had the fuel and if I'm not mistaken, you also had the manpower for it.
Another teching mistake that I noticed was going for an AT gun at around the 11 minute mark. You knew he had minimal fuel income and that he had gone for tier 2 (you saw the grenadiers I believe). An M8 would be so much better. But really, MP would not be my choice in this game. I would just go WSC (as I already mentioned) and then for a fast TD. M8s and M3s are way too easy pray for the PAKs imho, a couple of Shermans would have served you better.
Also, at some point when he had vet3 infantry and you had lost two of your riflemen, you decided to train a couple of them. What was the purpose, really? They simply didn't stand a chance vs vet3 grenadiers...
To finish this "tip" I'll say a couple of words about your doctrine choice. Although I will not say RHS armor was a bad choice, I think it would have been better to go for RHS infantry, especially for some off map arty on his bunker earlier in the game (if I remember correctly you had plenty of munitions for the whole duration of it).
