Anyways! Cool game, although I was wondering about the placement of the central crossroads teller mine. Wouldn't it be better placing it in the middle of road? That way you don't only have a chance to catch those travelling east-west, but also those travelling north-south. Either way I defer to your expertise, I'm just curious.
That's actually exactly why i place it between the hedges; if he pops the mine in the mid of the road, I have to go PAST the hedgerows to finish it off. If he hits it while passing through the gap, he'll roll to my side, where my AT can finish it off. Also, it's more common for multiple vehicles to hit a mine (multi engine dmg ftw) while passing thru a choke, rather than running along at full speed.
