a good player is not walking straight away he is using the side`s and not walk through mine spots and mg spot`s

This was an incredibly suspect incident. It seemed to be a completely intentional intercept/ambush of a cloaked unit and contrary to the play-style preceding the incident. Up until this point it was continuous capping. And there was an easy VP in the middle to be capped. Seemed as if Nekron was intentionally letting you have a VP point to prolong the game. Indicative of someone who had no worries of losing.
No conclusion can be drawn from this single incident but I can see why it would make you suspicious. Others replying to this without watching replay really should do so first. His statement -- "I stream sometimes" -- is a completely meaningless defense. Also, I believe you are correct, the only two mines he hit were on retreat. So for him to claim he hit your mines as a defense is a best poor recall, and at worst, disingenuous.
Having said all that, I think he would have outplayed you regardless of any potential abuses. Which cannot be confirmed with this replay alone.
I'm really shocked that the normal suspects haven't chimed in with their canned "NO HACKS ON STEAM!" response.

ofc i was know that i win cause he is a noob and why i not capped the vp???? really good question I NOT CAPPED THE VP CAUSE OF THAT HE WAS CAMPY IN MIDDLE AT THE NEAR OF THE VP AND I NOT WANT SPEND MP (most wehr player play sniper so i not cap in sniper range)
ofc i not walk through mine spots i walk at the sides when i play 4 engis(4 engis=4 flamer!!!!!) and ofc i found the storms when he send this storms there straight away where i walk away when i will do a flank (good mean tip flank means walk at sides and go biggest and best way and not walk with all through the middle)
but i understand u guys when i would have no skill and micro(paradox) then i would blob thorugh the middle walk in all mgs and mines
im happy that i not flamed the 100% mine spots. when i would destroy with my flamer a mine you all would say oh my god what a hacker
really guys learn to play
and a good mean tip from me u can see in the console from a replay when someone is hack

May I request that there are NO further public accusations of 'hacking'. The game, although still popular, no longer has the Fair Play forum available to investigate any such claims.
But I do believe that it is not possible to use such exploits in the Steam version.
