Eldar Mirror match, didn't expect his mass 'Shee's, something i'd normally do and well... i turned it around with the power of the Reapers.
I thought i was well and truely boned, goes to show you never know.
Enjoy

Not badly played on your part, Larkin - I watched it a couple of times and didn't notice any REALLY glaring mistakes =p Only thing I'd offer in advice in that particular situation (Eldar ranged slugfest) would be a Farseer, preferably with the relatively inexpensive Fortune and Guide upgrades. You weren't floating terribly, but you had plenty to afford both of those from mid-game onwards. Fortune is just a great one to have anyway since it knocks 10% of the damage off any incoming fire for anything around the Farseer. Guide isn't passive and only affects one squad, but it boosts Warp Spider damage by 46% and Reaper damage by 50%. I heard him cast it on his units but didn't notice you doing the same; that could have resolved the middle brawl a hell of a lot quicker. Plus, you know, Psychic Storm and all that fun stuff =p Farseer FTW.

Loyalist had a good idea but didn't execute it particularly well. You didn't cap that last SP in your own base until the 14 minute mark (I'm sure you're expecting comment on that =p), but you also consistently ignored the SP just to the southeast of your base. I saw a lot of times when you had part of an army just hanging out there, usually Banshees waiting for reinforcements or whatever, often standing right next to the SP but not capping it. If you had a strong eco anyway, that'd be forgivable, but you didn't and that killed you. You teched a lot faster than Larkin, you had your Support Portal finished when his Soul Shrine was only about three-quarters complete, but the lack of captured points, lack of gens, and the cost of reinforcing all those Banshees, left you completely unable to capitalize on it. If you'd cut off the 'Shees a little faster and beefed up your power income in the meantime, you could have afforded Falcons as soon as your Portal was done. You would have given him a map control advantage in doing so, but he had no anti-tank - you could have pumped out a Falcon or even a pair of them, and then sent him packing right back into his base, decapping his points as you went with your remaining 'Shee squads. You were also floating terribly later in the game - you were still lacking in power towards the end but you would often have 500-700 requisition just floating around. May have been worth your while to snag a couple more generators in that case and solve both problems at once. You did eventually drop one more gen; problem was you dropped it next to your most external listening post, and on the side facing the enemy, at that =p Your builders have an absurd teleport range. Would have been simple to jump back into base and plant it in a safer location.

Think the best moment through the game though was the Tier 2 battle outside Larkin's base. Larkin's Falcon was literally floating shoulder-to-shoulder with Loyalist's Vyper, both of them completely disregarding each other and firing into the infantry battle. The pilots could have been waving at each other =p

I didn't wanna shoot at it, hoping that his vyper would ignore me.
Lucky for me that he did, besides..my space elves don't wave.
Dave had his buttcheeks firmly against his windows in the vypers direction.
