You will have the chance to work as part of a great and fast-expanding team who were also thinking "yes", to create new tutorials, review and discuss signatures and influence the future of graphics on
GameReplays.org.
So why become a staff member?
Becoming a staff member on GameReplays allows you to contribute far more to the section than a normal membe: you get entrusted with much more privileges and opportunities while being able to freely work on a range of different projects, suggest new ideas and be an integral part of the community atmosphere while offering ideas for improvements to the section and being a real asset in driving these ideas to fruition! In addition to this all staff members have the following privileges:
- Recognition with the staff badge of their experience and skill.
- Moderation powers to control and direct discussion.
- Access to all of the staff areas across the site.
- No Flood Control and an expanded PM inbox.
- Scope for promotions, recognition and more medals
- The Ability to help the community and shape the section.
If you are interested in becoming a staff member, we are now actively seeking several new artists to join this exciting and rapidly developing section! You can apply for the position by writing a short application PM outlining the following:

Artist
Artists are the backbone of the Graphics section. As an Artist you will be able to choose between various areas in which to work, though above all else we are looking for Artists that bring fresh ideas to the section and are enthusiastic in helping the community and building and enhancing the Graphics section of
GameReplays.org.
Depending on your preferences, experiences and skills your main duties will be one of:
- Tutorial Management
The art of creating tutorials. You can either create text- or video-based tutorials which will then be put on the portal for members to view and also shared and advertised on other sites to get the tutorial across the web for everyone to view. If you are interested in Tutorial Management send your applications, questions or concerns to the Senior Artist, SmokeFX.
- Reviewing member's signatures
Your daily duty will be reviewing member-created signatures and therefore you will be directly helping the community by your skills. You'll offer constructive advice, help and feedback alongside directing them to useful and suitable tutorials or simply giving the advice yourself! Your expertise will enhance the skills of the entire Graphics community and be invaluable in driving the entire section forward. - Organizing events
You will help in organizing events such as the mentoring program, graphics competitions and tournaments as well as conducting interviews or similar. Your organizational skills will enable ever improving competitions and community interaction that will be integral to the success of the section!

Finally, for someone who is truly experienced with the various web-based Graphics-based communities on the Internet, we have a position open that will be more in the marketing and management direction. You will handle the marketing of the section and ensure that it's name will be spread on the internet, acting as the main liaison between the Gamereplays.org Graphics Department and the rest of the art community across the web. Senior Positions
No-one can directly apply for senior level positions. However staff members who put in a consistent level of performance and dedication to the role and go above and beyond their duties will be considered for promotion and further advancements constantly. Hard work pays off!
