Have you ever wanted to contribute more to GameReplays.org than just discussing in the forums? If you are thinking "yes", then this is your opportunity to join GameReplays Graphics Team. You will have the chance to work with others who were also thinking "yes" to create new tutorials, review signatures and influence the future of graphics on GameReplays.


So why become a staff member?

Becoming a staff member on GameReplays allows you to contribute far more to the section than a normal member, you get entrusted with much more privileges and opportunities while being able to freely work on a range of different projects, suggest new ideas and be an integral part of the community atmosphere. In addition to this, all staff members have the following privileges:

• Recognition with the staff badge
• Moderation powers
• Access to the staff area
• No Flood Control
• Scope for promotions and more medals
• The ability to help the community and shape the section

So if you are interested in becoming a staff member, have a look below to see the positions that are available. You can apply for the position by writing a short application letter outlining the following:

• What qualities you have that would suit you well for the position
• Why you want the job
• Any past experience (not required)

Artists are the backbone of the Graphics section. As an Artist you will be able to choose between various areas in which to work. We are currently searching for Artists that bring fresh ideas to the section and are enthusiastic in helping the community and building and enhancing the Graphic section of GameReplays.

Depending on your preference and skills, your duties will involve either:

• Tutorial Management - We are currently looking for 1 new Artist for this section
  The art of creating tutorials. You can either create text based or video based tutorials, which will then be put on the portal for members to view and also shared with other sites to get the tutorial on the web for everyone to view.

• Graphics creation team - We are currently looking for 3 new Artists for this section
  Your daily duty will be dealing with requests from staff members for images for their sections and Signatures for members in a new feature in the Graphics section which is coming soon.

• Organizing events - We are currently looking for 1 new Artist for this section
  You will help in organizing events such as the mentoring program, graphics competitions and tournaments as well as conducting interviews or something similar.

Furthermore, if you are really experienced with the various Graphic related communities on the internet, we have a position open that will go more in the marketing and management direction. You will handle the marketing of the section and ensure that its name will be spread on the internet.

As an Artist you will help form the Graphics section, and with effort and dedication, may find yourself rewarded with a promotion to Senior Artist.

Senior Positions

No one can directly apply for senior level positions. However, staff who put in a consistent level of performance and dedication to the role and go above and beyond their duties will be considered for promotion and further advancements.
