Click downloads up there. You will start downloading a file, put the file in your Replays folder in your Game folder in your Heroes of Newerth folder in your Programs folder. If there is no Replays folder, simply just create one.
Then, go into the game, and click Local replays up at the top left, find the replay, and click Watch replay.

where is the match id? in the guide to watch replays it says it sopposed to be it under the map
The match ID button only works for new replays. This one is very old, so that means you will have to download it from here and copy it to: My Documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\replays
This replay is very old and it probably isn't available on the S2 server any more.
