It was the Runed Axe + epic creep stacking by Witch Slayer. Scout really didn't do anything special.
Look at the creep stats. Legion got ~800 gold from Neutrals, while Hellbourne got 15,000, as well as a huge difference in experience. And basically Scout took all of that.
I think this is why S2 limited creep stacking lofl.

Why don't I get support like this ws, when i play scout... Sure he takes 2 or 3 kills, but the stacking/lane support made up for that, and then some. Also hellbourne where clearly winning, even with scout not helping at all. So he didnt have to go and help out, and could just concentrate on picking up those juicy stacks.
So heres what I don't get, how did he break that ward at 5 minutes?
I've seen that done a lot of times. It seems if that the ward is near the ledge melee heroes can get up and kill it.
When having vision of a ward, by means of counterwarding, I assume puzzlebox aswell, then yes Melee heroes will walk up, if you give the order to attack the ward.

Gotta agree here. If you watch the rep you see clearly: Witch stacked very nice. Andro gave scout good stuns and he got the last hits (hes carry its fine ). What Scout did good imo was that he did his farming job all game. Never stopped to farm and gave his team what a carry should: the "Two hit those nabs items" ;D
scout was actually pretty bad imo. He missed so many opportunites midgame to kill when he was nearby enemies while creeping(plus he was 6 levels higher)..
Even at the end he was still playing like a bit of a girl despite the fact he could 3 shot any hero.
