Shock and Awe: The Arsenal of Reaper-17

IPB Image

An even more fervent subculture within the ranks of the Scrin, the 17th sect of the Cult of Reaper is a masochistic, zealous group devoted to the destruction of anything that stands in the way of the Scrin. Considered outcasts by Scrin society, they are even more intertwined with Tiberium than the standard Scrin, incorporating the substance into their very beings. Reaper-17 is known for its menacing firepower on the ground, though some of the more subtle aspects of the Scrin arsenal, as well as larger aircraft, have been sacrificed for this edge.

In comparison with the standard Scrin arsenal, players will note these key differences:

Alternate units: Lethal Shard Walkers replace Gun Walkers, while Annihilator Tripods are traded out for Tiberium-charged Reaper Tripods. Standard Harvesters have been upgraded to Shielded Harvesters.

No heavy warships or mind control: The Reaper-17 splinter faction does not employ Devastator Warships or Planetary Assault Carriers, nor do they have access to Masterminds or Wormholes.

New upgrades: Conversion Reserves provide a bonus to Devourer Tanks, while Blue Shards enhance Shard Walkers and Ravagers.

New support powers: Reaper-17 can drop Shock Pods for additional Shock Trooper reinforcements.

Be aware that other changes including prices and unit statistics may differ from the standard Scrin arsenal. Check out our full listing below for the complete Reaper-17 inventory.
