Support Structures
How to read this page: The values for each structure were obtained from the 1.02
Kane's Wrath XML files. The armor percentages indicate the percentage of damage the structure takes from each damage type. Something with 75% cannon armor takes 75% damage from a weapon that deals cannon damage. Time between bursts refers to the time between the end of one burst and the start of another. Damage per clip indicates that the weapon fires a rapid succession of projectiles, damage per shot indicates a singular attack.
Watchtower
Cost: $600
Build Time: 0:06
Prerequisites: Power Plant
Tier: 1
Power: -5
Armor: 75% Cannon, 50% Rocket, 100% Grenade, 25% Gun, 1% Sniper
Damage per clip: 120 (Gun)
Time between bursts: .01 seconds, each burst has a .53 second duration
Splash radius: 0
Range: 350
Health: 2400
The most basic GDI base defense, Watchtowers offer stealth detection and an anti-infantry machine gun.
Upgrades:AP Ammo: Equipping Watchtowers with AP Ammo gives them a considerable firepower increase, doubling its damage to 300 per burst.
Watchtower placement
Watchtowers can fire over buildings, so hiding them behind other structures can give them added protection.
Guardian Cannon
Cost: $1200
Build Time: 0:12
Prerequisites: Barracks
Tier: 1
Power: -8
Armor: 75% Cannon, 50% Rocket, 100% Grenade, 25% Gun, 1% Sniper
Damage per shot: 200 (Cannon)
Time between shots: 1.4 seconds
Splash radius: 0
Range: 350
Health: 5000
The Guardian Cannon is a static anti-vehicle cannon that features decent armor and stealth detection but lacks mobility.
Upgrades:Railguns: The Railguns upgrade gives the Guardian Cannon a potent increase in lethality, increasing damage to 500 and time between shots to 1.8 seconds.
AA Battery
Cost: $800
Build Time: 0:08
Prerequisites: Command Post
Tier: 2
Power: -5
Armor: 75% Cannon, 50% Rocket, 100% Grenade, 25% Gun, 1% Sniper
Damage per clip: 200 (Gun)
Time between bursts: 0.01 seconds, each burst lasts .53 seconds
Splash radius: 0
Range: 450
Health: 7000
AA Batteries are armed with dual cannons that watch the skies for airborne threats. Once detected, they unleash a constant stream of slugs towards the hostile aircraft. They are incapable of firing at ground targets, but do detect stealth.
Upgrades:Tungsten Shells: Tungsten Shells provide AA Batteries with an even faster means of ripping through enemy aircraft, increasing damage to 400 gun damage per clip.
Tiberium Silo
Cost: $100
Build Time: 0:05
Prerequisites: Refinery
Tier: 1
Power: 0
Armor: 75% Cannon, 50% Rocket, 100% Grenade, 25% Gun, 1% Sniper
Health: 1000
The Tiberium Silo is simply what its name states: a small structure used for holding excess resources.
Silo placement
Though lightly armored, Tiberium Silos can be used to block line-of-sight of enemy forces, forcing them to destroy it or go around to fire. This can be useful.
Sonic Emitter
Cost: $2000
Build Time: 0:20
Prerequisites: Tech Center
Tier: 3
Power: -15
Armor: 75% Cannon, 50% Rocket, 100% Grenade, 25% Gun, 1% Sniper
Damage per shot: 2000 (Cannon)
Splash radius: 10 (width)
Time between shots: 4 seconds
Range: 50min/375max
Health: 7000
Sonic Emitters were originally developed to combat the spread of Tiberium, but they are also quite effective against ground forces. Despite their lengthy cooldown period, the sonic blast they unleash can easily hit multiple targets.
Ion Cannon Control Center
Cost: $5000
Build Time: 0:50
Prerequisites: Tech Center
Tier: 3
Power: -20
Armor: 75% Cannon, 50% Rocket, 100% Grenade, 25% Gun, 1% Sniper
Health: 20000
The Ion Cannon is GDI's ultimate weapon. This center allows commanders to access its devastating power after a 7 minute wait, during which time the center must remain intact and fully powered.
Superweapon:Ion Cannon: This superweapon has a 7 minute charge-up time, during which it must remain powered and intact. It fires a devastating blast that can destroy a large portion of a base. The Ion Cannon Control Center will be visible to all players and will start a countdown timer visible to all players after the building is constructed. Each small ion beam does 1000 cannon damage, while the final blast inflicts 20000 cannon damage over a radius of 250.

Build Time: 0:05
Prerequisites: Airfield
Tier: 2
