If there was a way to merge the China servers with the World servers, that would be every CNC fan's dream.

No not CNC Online, China has different servers, like the rest of the world has YouTube for example, in China YouTube is forbidden, so they use Youku.com, China servers did the same with all the other games we play on a day to day basis, it's just different servers not found in anywhere of the world but China.
