The Soviet Twinblade is the only tier two aircraft the Soviets have that can attack the ground. The Twinblade fires a barrage of rockets as well as has a secondary machine gun, which makes it effective at killing both armor targets and infantry targets. The Twinblade is also pretty fast and ideal for doing quick hit and run attacks against your opponents base.
The Twinblade also functions as a transport helicopter. It can transport up to five infantry units making it rather flexible and a better option for transporting than the Bullfrog although you do risk running into anti-air units. This unit can also transport Terror Drones which can be a quick and safe way to get them near your enemy ore collectors if he has defenses in the front of his base.
