1 thing i learned in this game was that if you have an option to clip btw a moving mcv and a warfactory the smartest thing to do is kill the warfactory first you never know if a tier 3 unit comes out and clubs every unit of yours to smithers, 2nd match seen in 3 months where this happens, first game gbhmichael vs yui yui and now this.

Nicely done, try to keep your dolphin alive next game: it's a thorn in the foot for empire who has no navy, don't engage tengus like you did, it was suicide ^^
I saw your VOD, so I don't know what AA could do better. ggwp

PS: fortunately you canceled the athena before it finished, it would have been another story in other case I think

Simple, I just needed to play better

zokker played very well in all the games while I played so horrendously it was actually kind of sad. I guess it just wasn't my day

As for this game, theres several things the both of us could've done better. He made some bad engagements with his air units while I should've went tier 3 while on 5 refs, especially given he had 0 cryocopters.

And the valuable lesson learned: ALWAYS kill the WF first

I'll wub simply because this game taught me something.

Once upon a time..


It was actually a big gamble on my side. When he passed his Tengus the first time, he returned to his base so I hoped he simply missed them. And when they landed I hoped to kill at least one.. Which failed, too!


The Athena was 3/4 ready. And in close fights they obviously suck. ^^
The second Mirage on the other hand, would have made a possible MCV lose less painful.

yeah better then those boring games you bring up, where you camp so much and let the freeze protocols to decide games, we want zokker to have the flair which he is known for, remember the times when he mcv pushed Pro empire players on cabana with such great apm bringing good memories!

back to the replay: athena is a good option if you have enough turrets or a "wall swag" like emi call it to stop empire army, it's good in a defensive strategy. Mirage was the better option in this situation, in other case tengus or tsunamis can just suicide near athena making it useless.
Athenas need a robust escort or defensive line in AvE.

i got no beef with ya you are a nice person Lictor_As, problem is some times you trying to give advice as if you are most pro player over here, if this were advice to some one else with lesser reputation and knowledge then Zokker then fine i would have appreciated this, but to label zokker "MCV PUSHER" thats what made me said that you are a camper and as long as you getting winning results with that i dont have any problem,
Spain won world cup playing defensively so its a good thing you should take my criticisms more positively rather then feeling that i am personally attacking you and bringing in a back ground check on me that i always do that, beleive me if i did some thing like that my posts would have been invincibled on the spot the red3 staff is very efficient and if they can sense for get smell any thing "personal" they remove it completely.
