Towers of Death
Like all battle towers, Angmar Towers now cost 400 resources to build and 200 to upgrade, but only have one garrison slot. These changes obviously make battle towers more useful overall, but less favorable for camping. 400 is no huge deal around mid game and one tower can save many soldiers' lives.
