It offers a wide variety of units, abilities, and strategies...and every minut decision can have great influence on a game's outcome. In this tip we would like to emphasize three of the most important things that you should never neglect. The Golden Rule of Three.

1. Spam
Rise of the Witch-King emphasizes the philosophy offense is the best defense. Spamming units in RotWK is nearly always beneficial. You may find that a brainless spam can prove effective mostly due to the fact that your opponent will be overwhelmed at the lightning rate at which units must be recruited, moved, and countered. By spamming, we do not only mean a singular type of unit. Of course a proper mix of balanced units would be ideal, but the point is to never leave your Production Buildings idle. Utilize those resources constantly and make sure new reinforcements are always en route.

2. Multitasking
You will be no match for an experienced player if you do only one thing at time. No matter how good you are at a single thing (say, hero management), if you slack on others (like, economy expansion) you will soon find it harder and harder to keep up with a skilled opponent doing both well. No one can deny that when your units are fighting you should be focused there primarily, but you simply must keep expanding your economy, upgrading your structures, recruiting fresh units and perhaps using any additional forces to either harass or reinforce your active army. Such things need to be done constantly, so don't allow yourself to be distracted for too long. Stay loose, stay attentive, stay balanced.

3. Hotkeys
Combine Spam and Multitasking with Hotkeys for amazing results. In a match where you need:units spread across the entire map and be focused on pretty much everything at once, hotkeys can really save time and make you much faster. A few seconds of shoddy or excellent unit control can determine a loss or victory, and hotkeys can help drastically. There are numerable useful hotkeys that enable you to more easily control vast armies as well as manage your production buildings for efficient spamming.

Of course in a diverse game like RotWK, there are tons of factors that determine the outcome of a match. These big three will greatly help you with increasing your in-game speed and putting ever useful offensive pressure on your opponent. Follow them and you will find more matches turn to your favor.
