So we have a Chimera mirror here with an interesting start from both players.
Commissar Build order:1x Barracks 2x oil refinery, one of which was very forward of his base
PROS:
Once you saw the camp in the middle, you opted for fast Rhinos which really helped you out.
Solid defence of the middle with units, not allowing your opponent to expand forward.
Good job using the fennecks to win the game
CONS/TIPS:
Nice forward refinery, against chimera you can afford to do this as they tend to harass less, however consider placing it on the oil next to your bank and not in the middle, you are offered more protection by doing this.
Consider putting pressure on the bank toward the exposed flank. It draws your opponents attention away from the middle and puts him under more pressure. This goes for scouting as well, there were a few undefended refineries off to your right which you could have mopped up with a few units.
     Build order:2xOil refinery in base, 1x aluminium Refinery and 1 barracks.
PROS:
Solid eco with good expansion all the way through. Perfect building of crushers for each refinery, no more or no less than was needed.
Good use of turrets to counter enemy buildings in the middle, yours were much better placed than your opponents which enabled them to attack rather than site idle (like your opponents did) taking down 3 buildings.
CONS/TIPS:
Late barracks left your more exposed bank up for a possible enemy steal early on.
You wasted a lot of money building refineries and outposts in the middle without defending them. Enemy turrets were easily able to take them down. Try not to over extend only pushing forward if you can back it up with units. Once you lost these building you then again tried to build them in exactly the same spot where they had literally just died, and again, they died.
You didn't have enough actual units out, and this led to your downfall turrets alone with grenadiers cannot win a game.
Entertainment value: 4/ 10
You'll have to excuse the rating on this one, but if Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife were to ask me... "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?" I would have to honestly answer.... I'm afraid not Max, this game features an almighty camp fest in the middle with little else going on. If you like campy games this is a gem for you, if not then probably better to steer clear of this one.
