In a way quite unique game. One is not able to see such everyday. That being said I wasn't a big fan of neither play styles.

First time seeing such an opening from Cartel. Clearly optimized to build fastest vehicle bay possible. Still, not a big fan. I know Fargo favors the early tank harass, but I still prefer the hind & vipers start.
Could have scouted better, so you would have been able to see the expansion in the other side of the base and shut it down, as there was at the time no turrets and Chimera used all his gold to turrets in other places, meaning he had no ground forces for a while.
Additionally later in the game Cartel got wrecked by several of tactical omega blitzes. After a first one or two maybe should have tried to keep your forces better hidden, and not just have them idle in predictable locations. Lost shit ton of spectres and such because of this.
And finally. the inability to adapt. that insane amount of pumas with missiles combined with defensive high ground positions again wrecked your tanks. But there was really no attempt to solve this problem. Other than to throw more tanks at it. Not really a cost effective plan. I would have liked to see massed vipers or shreshens. With all their upgrades and with support troops i would wager that they would have over powered that mass puma and towers. Shresens have range over pumas and they can't use their AT missiles against them. And they are quite cheap. so heavy losses are manageable.

Oh, and one more thing. Cartel had most of the game three resource sites not used. Only to be built on when everything else was dry. I found that quite strange. And that last aluminium on the far left side of the map had quite peculiar ref placement. Not sure if the plan was to build double there, that somehow got forgotten, or you just never build refineries there, and because of that didn't know it's placement. Resources are in the same places every time after all.

So what about the Chimera? Well I don't really know the ins and outs of it, so can't really comment as thoroughly. But I have some thoughts. First of all. I guess you were more afraid of hind and vipers, because of all the towers. As vs tanks the SAS is almost as effective with just the fraction of the costs. With the new patch they can take the beating from the tanks. Especially the scorpios do almost no damage to infantry any more.

At first I scoffed at your late game puma blop, but they appeared to be actually quite good with proper placement and usage of high ground.
You could have also have finished the game much sooner, if you just would have dared to venture outside of your base hill with them.

Thanks for tips Heebo, I know that I played quite poorly, I have played many games that day against same guy and he kept losing vs my first scorpions push and I suggested him to build bunkers to defend, thats what he did it and it worked at the beginning. I still made them just to see if he finally going to defend against it and wanted him to realize that bunkers helps a lot, especially on that map.
Yeah Im really really bad at checking my mini map, thats how I lost maybe 4 times my full army haha, I think he knew mostly due I had that tank (forgot name) which shoots from far away and for some reason hes visible to the enemy even though he doesn't have vision.
I thought I can beat him with my big army his small numbers of pumas, but I really like your advice with infantry, gotta start using them more.
And about resource, well I have failed to scout properly map and for a long time I thought there nothing left except what I have scouted previously and that was another blunder biggrin.gif
Very sloppy game from me, not really worth to watch, I guess he was really happy beating me first time, gg =]
