Rohan really only has one power point route that is effective, but this one route can differ from person to person, depending on the situation. The thing is with power points is that most of your games hardly go perfectly to plan. These power point strategies are more like guidelines; you should try to follow them as close as you can. If your opponent forces you to buy a certain power point then you should buy whatever it is and then continue on with the strategy.
The decision between Ents and Cloudbreak comes down to whether you have a good economy or not. If you have the money to buy Ents when it's time to siege, then buy them and take Cloud Break. Taking the Ents powerpoint will give you a quicker sieging option if your economy isn't doing too well.
