Overview:

A well played solid exciting game and a great watch for anyone. It's been a while since I've seen a Aragorn rush and it worked out pretty well in this game. There was lots of action in this game and some very good micro from both sides. Isen struggled to defeat Aragorn himself, but did a very good job of containing Aragorn.

Genra1Grievous0 - Rohan

Your early game was slowed down a little by you miss-clicking a peasant but either way, I think you could use more peasants here, especially if you go 3 farms in before your stable. Having an extra 2 batt's of peasants arriving at a mill same time as your first horses will do some good. The Aragorn rush did some good tbh but the main problem in this game was you forgetting about MC while you were preoccupied with Aragorn. True, after Aragorn you did a nice peasants spam, but keep thinking about map control at all times as you know how important this is. The only other problem I really saw was your horse micro. Don't be afraid to melee FU pikes if you have Theoden's LD near by or to just micro around one pike, isn't too hard.

How to Improve

• Early game. I think an early peasant spam can sometimes catch an Isengard offgaurd and will give you the advantage.
• Emphasis on fighting for map control. True, it's probably near impossible to keep the map vs. a good Isen, but constantly spam a few peasants to keep him busy at all times.
• Strategy. Aragorn rush is fine I guess if you like but remember that Theo + FU Rohirrim > FU pikes. You put too much of the focus on Aragorn when you could have done much more damage.
• Horse micro. You lost horses but you also did not bother with mills even if they had only one pike. Again, you put too much faith into Aragorn.
• Hero micro. Aragorn is a tank, but you got lucky a few times I think with sometimes letting Aragorn wander to the other side of the map with no back-up. Also, you lost your Theoden relatively quickly.

WhosTheSmuRf - Isengard

You had a pretty dominating early game but as I say with all the Isengards I watch, balance your unit spam with your economy. True, minimal you want 2-3 furns while spamming pikes, but don't forget to alternate furnaces between pikes too. Your upgrades came slightly slower than I expected and tbh, the Aragorn rush would have done alot less damage if your upgrades came faster. Don't forget to get armor first as it protects you from elves, and keeps your pikes safe from elves, random tramples, and vs. horses with blades only. Blades can be more useful but armor just makes your army last longer. The first time you used rain kind of boggled me. I could see you wanted to battle his horses but wait for the very last second to use it. Kind of similar to the TotW you made about upgrading rohirrim while being chased by knights. Finally, I wouldn't delete your warg pit in this MU. More wargs can be so useful in this MU for peasants or combos + rain.

How to Improve

• More economy early game.
• Armor first. Keeps your pikes off the tombstones.
• Don't forget to demolish buildings. Many towers and furnaces were not deleted on yellow health. He gained quite a bit of PP from them.
• Rain timing. Be more sneaky, your specialty is being sneaky ffs.
• Don't delete your warg pit. You can always use more wargs. If he's got his gate open...
