I dont see how gondor can actually beat a good rohan without trebs at all. You need at least 3 or 4 trebs IMO.
But this guy was ABUSING trebs tbh. And gerr still won. very gj.
gerr do u think rushing fara boro and getting ld on this map will help gondor beat rohan army? cuz that is a possible strat tbh.
yes ofc, this is infact the only map I would ever rush heroes before getting a stable for gondor. If he did have boro's ld, not even gc would saved me from those towerguards.
I wouldn't say Gondor = noobs players thats a bit stereotypical. Its just most high ranked Gondor's in qm have a habit of falling back to the Trebs + SW option when things go bad. But Gondor requires a good deal of micro and skill to play as when played 'properly'
For all youngsters - the day Gondor's agresiveness died was the day when Gandy's LS on gates was taken away (1.03). ANd PROHANS WERE THE REASON!Clever people use safer methods if that is more probable way to win. At least in QM where 1 loss counts as 25 wins!!! In Rohan-Gondor pro match the safe way is to get AOD way sooner then opponent. Taking that into concerne camping on Fangorn looks reasonable. Not more heroic or skillful, just more reasonable. Safer.
And as far battle tactics are concerned: why ALL Rohans think Gondor knights should fight on the field Rohan's superiour Rohirrim with Theo, Eomer and probably GC.
