Extra mill workers. Took the centre early and held on to it initially. Trolls with trees. RA in wedge (but not all the time). Some good use of Eye of Sauron on combined troops.
No Nazgul. Why get Eoqyn against Gondor? No troop production in the centre camp. No mid-game economy harassment. Didn't demolish armoury right after getting the upgrades. Poor Stable position. Poor catapult micro. Slow to get fire.
Comments: A good start with some good pressing harassment and the trolls arrived just in time to frighten the Knights back into their half of the map but then the strategy didn;t seem to progress properly after that. It seemed that you were trying to go in the right direction with some siege but what did you think the centre camp is for? It is not just for boosting economy, it is a staging post to produce more units and lauch fast sieges but there was no troop production at all there and the siege works, producing your slowest moving units, was situated all the way back the main Mordor camp. It was very difficult to defend the centre when done like that and eventually it proved impossible.
The troll in the Gondor camp wreaked some havoc but nothing that was irrepairable and really I think it would have been far more valuable to have the troll on the outside taking down a section of wall to really give Gondor something to think about as well as being able to produce troops at the centre for quick deployment.
After that it all fell apart a bit when you couldn't recapture the centre because of poor catapult targetting and troll micro and the end was inevitable.
Soldier formations. Some good Knight formation use on creeps and structures. Good beacon use. Good land dominance from the start. Good assault to recapture the centre. Only one well between the two of you for better economy.
Soul was slow to recapture external farms. No mid-game economy harassment or even trampling of mill workers. Watch out for treb friendly fire. Didn't use 'Captain of Gondor' that I noticed. One of you used Archer/Soldier combos and the other got all his archers trampled when he didn't use the combo.
Comments: A slow start with poor harassment that never really seemed to work and you looked very vulnerable. I think your enemies gave you opportunities to get back in and eventually you took them by recapturing the centre and moving on. Slowly Gondor strategy evolved and stepped up through the counters and enhanced the troops with combinations and some good strategy and target selection but the Mordor and Rohan game just didn;t seem to evolve and eventually you raced past them. I don't thionk you did anything special to win, it was just like a race where you were both neck and neck and then the opponents just started to slow down.
