OPENINGS

xeha Rohan agressive start with 2 extra peasant, while his counterpart Pino making 1 peasant from the outer farm... though he was to make more just a little after.. orange isen trying to kill soldiers on the way, hoping the mills survive far more than their cost (like till 4-5 furnace's cheap build).. Scop gondor making land trying to get the *farm* down, that in front of isen base, but its really hard to damage isen's mills this way, (plus extra delay coz of the farm health>mill's). Isen took back mills and played for pit/uruk/2crossbows, instead of lurtz "rush".

SOME SPOTLIGHTS

Rohan: Pino sent one capital peasant to claim fronteir-isen spot. some sends the hobbits, but it wont be fast enough. almost against the sense of giving it to fol ally against determined rushes.. it also stalls the opponent more, more distance to reach the back mills.... Eomer's cage scavene was perfectly both skillful and lucky, nothing to add... Generally, battles/strikes weren't too good, nor bad, precisely helping/synchronizing through isen's development. This is what necessary for 2x2, however.

Isen Orange/isen makes uruk pit after 3-4 furnaces, yet 2 crossbows, for fast pike, smart choice i think... You shoul do it if u have alot of mills tho, these and many more, here not to utter, all smell expertise... isen almost saved one mill from the first gondor horse too with quick pikes. this is good.
-quick response to mid taker opponent, sending pikes on mid.
-one upgraded pike and sending to claim rohan farm.
(Most make lurtz 1st, coz its fun & easy tbh, but it is not really safer to make, esecilly in case of agressive-constant farm killer opponents.. Making fast pike, using crossbow on the fol walls is great, if not fed the crossbow otw.. )

Gondor, after first mill was killed by horse, used the two horses to creep troll cages immediately.. Trying to rush effectively to isen, however isen was ready to counter any rushes... Hence he kept damaging mills merely/basicly, till gandi-treb turn of the game... I think he could have send one horse to rohan, and others to damage mid-rohan, the only safer stalling/attention breaking of the siege-attention of the enemy at the moment of siege-wall breaking... However, if RI proteted still, enough, the sieges, this wouldn't work but giving tries would be cooler I think.

Rohan Taking mid, by rohan & its timing didn't seem correct, but probably he did after seeing lurtz, where isen not expected to have ups yet. But theo chant & 3 pike killing cita on time wasn't expected.. for observers, there was nothing else isen rohan to do than to see mid-takeage; so they saw it quickly and destroyed. If u take mid, hope your units are killing farms, trading major attentions from othersides to hope 3-4 sec delay of reaction or skip totally, even... Maybe Rohan cud take mid before eomer, hoping less units around by RI to claim a fresh mid-camp.

Summary: Horse, RA vs Pikes... If all fol mobilizes against a pike, especially if it is around RG bases, taking more than 5 seconds, that game will gonna be either difficut or lost by GR most likely... Also If i am not wrong, armored pike was healed, I think was a good move.. I think need peasants in the mi game too; To lure enemy rohan, and open space to rush with gondor a bit... Though this scene is hard to design..

RA+TREBS could really work but require fire, and eomer favorably; if no mid fire could be on time... However, taking mid was really followed by observing the strong isen by the both resource and pikes/upgrades, afterwards lurtz.... Blame is easy but picturing this is difficult.

UNSURE COMMENTS

Rohan or gondor could have had 3 farms and effective. A obvious advantage over fol next to fod is great in early game. Even could have easy countering ability against first few chants.. Who knows, maybe gondor could kill both mills, probably intercepting first crossbow's march onto the wall. I believe Gondor should land all over the map evenly, mid, left top etc... and not waiting for the battles happening... ofc not land on the mid-camp area...

Pinos eomer scavenge the cage from other eomer... it was the second critical turn of the game after isen's "2 crowssbow, fast pikes"... when isen has a little bit of luck and does corretly as well, GR has no very much chance.. However, even if isen did great, and rohan too, their opponetns GR still were almost on the way of gaining advantage after 2000+ money lost... why was this? I think isen could send siege way more earlier after armor, pike+ra+siege. waiting combos can lead a bad latency vs GR I think. GR can recounter that and almost did.

AFTER ARMIES READY

Rohan Isen just needed to force on the walls..
If IR played a good "dodge game" vs trebs, eventaul victory.
GR team really needed "no move-mistake" to win (while IR not to do their best)
Gondor Rohan, trebs on the back too could be fine

I think, Isen factor; isens goo & rich early game leaded RI's victory, more than pino's eomer rank 4, or mid-base scavenge...

Taking mid maybe before even eomer? DK if it could work vs this IR team. Just need few experiments to say something about this for me...

RATINGS

Performance:
G: 8/10
R: 7/10 (mu related. the attention to give vs. isen is very hard & huge for rohan, even if eomer was rank 4, wouldn't make alot of difference, where he distributed his focus more to other things than eomer.. )
Team Sync: 8/10
Chat quality: 9.5/10 (In my heart they won this game, with french & brit accent)
Power: 9/10

You guys have played so many times, so many tourneys, hence you don't even need to speak just, sometimes putting becons. I applause it.

However, how scop and xeha inspire/guide/confirm what to care in a 2x2 expert game, by their Real Time Exchange of Information is very valuable too.. I believe in power of real time speaking, ofc speaking necessary points only, which they do. Hence special thanks to Latino, letting us hear them through his latino9, twitch channel, and thanks xeha & scop in the first place.
