Battle for Middle Earth

This game was just awesome and costed me alot of nerves.

I think my micro in this game was better than in all other games so far. We were handicapped to hell and still managed to put ownage battles to play. If it wasn't for my partner and my coordinations, we wouldn't of had much chances.

We were very handicapped which you might see when you watch the replay. I'll list them though...

1. We got Double Mordor (bad leadership and not much choices)
2. We only got 1 mill each as we started at the top
3. My citadel got destroyed in early game, did everything I could.
4. My Partner had a building spot bug, making him unable to build anything on it for the entire game (he was supposed to build Harad Palace on it).

1 of those guys wasn't bad, he had good micro and did alot of nice moves, the other was a bit worse but they still had some good teamwork and made it hard for us to actually play.

DaRaSaill is Emperor and he hates to play Mordor, I had to tell him what to do at the beginning, so I think we did good in this game.

I would really like a review for this to 1. see my mistakes and 2. get a rating, cause I think this game was very entertaining.

About the spot bug, if you destroy the last building you built before the spot bug, then the spot bug will fix itself.

That would've ruined us in early game though, but thanks to tell me. I will try it out the next time I encounter it.

Mordor has the best LD on the game by far. so not sure what you mean by bad leadershipo for mordor

As double mordor you can only get leadership from Drummer and Witchking. If we had Isengard and Mordor it would've been Saru/Lurtz/WK/drummer or any of the other heroes from the other factions. That's what I mean.

Also do not forget what type of army Mordor has. Under eye darkness + the LD giving units, mass trolls and catas become unstoppable.

We still had a huge handicap because we didnt have much choice as every unit of Mordor is weak against fire, as from what I know.

Not denying you had a handicap early game possibly, but you counter fire with catapults and horses/heroes with trolls.

Yes, but that's very hard to make with only 6 building spots (1 blocked), no more trees to cut down (for the 1 mill each of us had) and pressure we were under. That's the disadvantage of getting FoD at Black Gate.
