A really good game very close in the end, the first siege had got me in there but i kinda had my army killed in the end i was so lucky that 1 leftover pikeman from a combo killed gandy which was pretty much the game turner. enjoy, a review would b cool.

Starting positions:
Yodudeee[QM] - South
goodbike - North

Overview:

A strong start by Isengard gives him the first siege but with the arrival of a "White Bastard", the tide almost changed and Isengard struggled slightly to finish the Gondor base.

YoDudeee[QM] - Gondor

You had an alright performance but I would highly suggest you visit the Gondor vs. Isengard disscusion here to help you to fine-tune your strategy. Your other problems mainly pertained to the map. Your starting pathway was very defensive/neutral. Understandable that he was random but I would always reccommend a 2 soldier rush specifically for this map. Land is always the premier choice by the way vs. Isengard as Isengard does not have it available and it can do major damage their economy. Throughout the game, you were rather defensive. Try to be very harrasive vs. Isen to cripple their overpowering economy. Again, I highly reccommend you visit the link I gave you.

How to Improve

  • Consider different pathways for the map. Think more aggressive as it's very hard to defend with your starting units. Better to be the aggressor than the defender.
  • PP use. Land is always the best power to get first vs. Isengard. Land at a mill, ignore the uruks, and the mill will go down 95% of the time.
  • There were many problems in your strategy which is why again, please refer to the link I supplied to you.
goodbike - Isengard

It seems as though you have a very good grasp of this MU and you showed it in your performance. Your start was sound but always try to get pikes out ASAP. Worry more about getting pikes out than filling with furns as outside map control > inside fill of furns. Reason why you struggled was mainly due to your judgment and micro. Never battle with anyone unless you know you can take down their statue rather quickly. You had the BO and strat down pretty well but didn't spam enough pikes as Gondor was able to regain some of the map. Otherwise, work on controlling your units and experience will tell you when and what to fight.

How to Improve

  • Pike spam. 5 pikes is not a pike spam. Pike spam = 1 pike for every settlement and then some for the base.
  • Judgment. Never attack an outpost unless you can take down the statue quick.
  • Micro. The siege was sloppy and almost let him get back into the game. You fed him many powerpoints in the siege. Try to take your time and just take down his base with minimal losses.
  • Did I mention pike spam? Pike spam --> MC --> More money. Also they help protect your outposts. You lost your siege because you didn't leave a pike behind.

Overall Rating: 4
