• Losing horse batts. It was almost impossible not to but it did hurt you really bad

Player summery

Your early game was good, but your strat was poor. Against Gondor you need 4-5 rohirrum. That way you can get total mc before gandy comes out and even after he comes out maintain some. There are many different strats that you can use, none of which have been proved to be vastly superior to another, so I wont tell you which one to use. If you look in the rohan strat section moose’s and dan’s starts are both good. But the one thing I will say is that 3 rohirrum to grades isn’t good, you need at least 4 rohirrum. This was demonstrated by the fact that Gondor maintain at least half mc most of the game, which shouldn’t happen against Rohan. You also went for waaay to many farms before stable, so your horses were to late. Against Gondor its 2 farms in>stable and only 2 extra peasants. With your armory you didn’t buy banner, and left the armory sitting there for a while before demo’ing it. also while you were buying grades you were cash floating, this is because of the fact that you got all those farms before stable, you were getting tons of cash that you couldn’t spend. You did a really good job of maintaining mc and harassing after gandy came out. But you lost one of your horse batts almost immediately, which significantly reduced your level of harassment, even more after you lost another batt. Once those two batts died it was gg because you just couldn’t harass any more. That’s why you need more horse batts so you can lose 1-2 and it wont matter so much. During your battles Gandalf’s wizard blast completely destroyed you forces. This is because you brought out elves swords to counter Gondor’s knights (which he sent at you for just that reason) so you didn’t have enough fire to kill him. imo combos>>elves in this mu, simply because Gandalf owns elves so badly. You also lost Theo stupidly, and didn’t destroy an enemy statue that you could of easily done in several other battles. But other than all of this you played a really gg, like I sad your harassment was good, as was your micro (most of the time).

you played really good but I have a few comments… when your gandy rushing statues are really worth it. You had three farms sitting there collecting exp when you were just going to demo them later. You should of demo’d them and something else and made 4 statues. If you time this just right it really saves you a lot of cash. As it was you had those three farms for a long time, and you only had five bs for a while when your were buying grades. Then later when you got the lower camp, you played the hokey poky for a while with archer range, barracks, and treb shop switching all around. You also lost a few horse batts which as always isn’t good, but your micro overall was still solid. My biggest gripe is that you didn’t use Gandalf to his full potential. I counted 1 time you could of easily taken out Aragorn and 2 times you could of easily taken out horse batts with some Gandalf micro. Overall you just didn’t use him to his full potential, although your micro with him was solid.

Game summery

Game started with both sides creeping. Rohan got four farms before stable and three extra peasants so even though Gondor got an extra farm before stable they got there horses out about the same time. Gondor and Rohan end up even at 3/3 with the creeps. As far as mc, the two sides remain even until Rohan gets ups (he only went 3 rohirrum) and then Rohan took most mc. but then gandy came out and took some back. Rohan did a surprising good job of maintaining mc against Gandalf, but eventually gandy killed off two of Rohan’s horse batts and that was the end of the harassment for the most part. Gondor took the lower camp and began making combos. Several large battles ensued where Gandalf’s wizard blast destroyed Rohan’s armies nearly single handedly every time. he did this by attacking with his knights to make the Rohan elves draw out there swords, this meant that Rohan didn’t have the firepower to kill Gandalf, and Gandalf’s wizard blast devastated the entire Rohan army every time. Eventually Gondor got trebs, and then it was pretty much gg.

I spaced out a lot in this rep, whenever I return to BFME I cash float way to much also I tend to not read strats, and just do w/e works for me, but thanks for the information, I'll try more rohirrim next time.

This game has more action, and I think I had a little better micro with the rohirrim, though the game was played sooner than this one.
