This is my first post on gamereplays.org.
This was a fast 2v2 game where the isen goes for a FB and HA rush on my ally. The first wave was beaten off and my ally stuggled to revive his base after hte slaghter. The other isen kept up a relentless assault on my allies base hoping to destroy it. Gondor helps by running over uruks w/ knights and almost killing my ally 0wn3d.gif. Eventaully I'm not able to hold off my opponents frequent waves and my ally falls while I am in the midist of killing the other Isen base frusty.gif . I'm not gonna give away the ending though, so you'd better watch it j/k.

P.S. Please watch this replay and review it, I would like some tips on 2v2 Isen rush strats.

MAP: Harlond
Players: AGodofBFME (ISE) & Challen (ISE)
vs
zeus36 (GON) & zippoboy (ISE)

I wouldn't consider it a fast rush of blades, but there was a lot of fighting in this one.....

Agod/Challen] Both of you went with the std BO of 2 furnaces

-Challen sat in the beginning when Agod was under attk
-Both of you put pit and armory up front, not a good idea. Let them work to get it. Not be the first thing to go
-Didn't buy banners, but no factor
-Took too long to take the attk when bldg up, lost the initiative in the beginning
-Lurtz sat in base not doing anything

+/- Agod tried to use laborer for spying, but he was too far north to see. Move your camera around so you put him on a wall. Make them move their camera around

+Though you took too long to attk, those troops help save your m8 down south
+Great coordinated defense, nice teamwork
+Agod, you had the superior force on the field throughout the game

The z's] zeus 2 BS first, while zippo went mills initially

-GON what were you doing when your m8 was attking ISE, nothing from what I saw. Support your team
-By the time you moved, it was too late and you ran cav thru pikes in line
-1 hurt unit with 2 men will not kill citadel, that was a waste of men huh.gif
-Zippo, during inital defense of your keep, your units weren't in battle form
-No coordinated attks at all. KEY
-zeus, you needed INF after zippo went down, and you shouldn't have tried to rebld citadel south, lost $

+/-zippo IMO you needed 2 bows to help with the assaults
+/-zeus you should have started to shell up, but opted to quit the game
+/-Couple of times so close to knocking south ISE out, to no avail

+zeus nice econ attk at the beginning
+nice suppport with the EW in the beginning
+good 1st assault, but afterwards....overextended KEY

OVERALL: Overextended is the word for the day. I've done that before and lost as well. After the 1st attk you were just sending waves in but it didn't work. All you do when you do that is lose men, lose money, and give pwr points. Z's needed to consolidate cos since you were picking on the south ISE, north ISE got strong and prep'd. Agod, I've also been on your end having an ally go down, but since you regained the initiative and with their over extension allowed for you to take the victory. pirate.gif

Thx for the review, this is my first time I have been reviewd in a 2v2 biggrin.gif.
-One thing I would like to point out was that Lurtz was in my base to help a LITTLE w/ some cavalry in case he attacks when I'm trying to defend my ally.
-I ment by fast blades that there was lots of fighting sry.
-the laborer I kept up at gondors base was for my balrog...in case I got on wink.gif. I was initialy spying w/ it though, didn't think it would get so far...
-you are right I needed to attack faster w/ isen...should I try w/o HA?

Thanks very much for a the review biggrin.gif.

I'd try to go blades first...depending on the opponent depends if i get HA. If i can make it to the walls and get the gate down, then no HA needed smile.gif If I'm playing against evil forces, you don't need siege and I buy HA while I send my 4 uruks in with blades....and upgrade while they fight along the way.
