Clanwars Weekly Update

By Jobbies - 11th April 2009 - 17:34 PM

Welcome to the weekly Clanwars.cc report. These reports will keep you updated on the top clans at the current time and the top warriors. We’ll also discuss the gap between clans.

For newer members: Clanwars.cc is a tournament site which runs ladders in The Battle for Middle Earth 2, The Battle for Middle earth, The Battle for Middle Earth: Rise of the Witch King, Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3, Zero Hour, Generals and Tiberium wars, amongst other games. The tournaments run monthly and are played in a clan format, with a roster size of 10.

We have a few words from the BFME2 CW Admin this week.

1. As you know we have the controversial issue of Out Of Sync OOS matches. Since there is no unbiased solution to this issue then Rule #8 has been changed:

Rule #8
If the matches is not reported automatically within an hour file a AR so we can report the game for you. Please check that the in game name and your (and your opponents) CW name is matching each other.

If a match goes Out Of Sync file the AR and get confirmation from the losing clan in the AR at the time of filing the AR. If the post does not include information that a match went OOS then upon inspection of the replay file a determination will be made to see if the game ends with the opposing clan losing if not then it will be considered a OOS match requiring immediate confirmation from the losing clan.

2. A decision has been made to increase the minimal points per game from 10 points to 50 points. This is an effort to see if this would increase participation early on for the BFME II League. If we do not hear any complaints from the Clans in the League then this point change will be permanent. The point change will be effective May 1 2009 at the start of the next tournament.

3. Important reminder. Please read Private Messages from the League Admins otherwise you will not know of important changes or any issues in the League.

Top 5 Clans (As of 6pm GMT 11/4/09)
