OVERVIEW

It's one of these reps that did not get the attention it deserved,which is a strong enough reason for me to dig into its review.Most pp used,interesting unconventional power paths,heroe action and constant action throughout the game without easily predicting its outcome until its very late game.

Pros
  • Very nice first rush successfully destroying his base mineshaft and also watching out around your base aiming for his builder.
  • Well saved nearly-dead troups.IPB Image
  • Excellent constant harassment with good mix of pikes+zergz+wargs.
  • Splendid use of Lurzt and unit micro overall.Took always advantage of your enemies mistakes and focused on his unsupported heroes quite successfully. IPB Image

  • Efficient defense throughout the tough pressure of your opponent's attacks.
Suggestions
  • Use uruk shield + defensive stance to keep busy the warg lair while also using xbows to kill them.An easy way to creep without the useless (early against the dwarves) pikes.
  • When mid/late game,better cast pala on your units unlike for scouting purposes. cast pala on xbows (+other infantry) for easier chase of your enemy builders around your base
  • Avoid wasting money for saru at late game when all of his heroes are lvl 10.The fact that he cheaply got away was even a bare miracle. IPB Image
  • Shield formation more frequently plz.
  • Use DS as soon as you get it.Sometimes you dont have to wait for a finishing attack, its wiser to dmg his base specially when you notice with palantir high lvl raxes + 3 lvl mineshaft with dwarven riches.You would have finished the game much sooner.
  • Use summon dragon more properly by avoiding randomly attacking his units and focusing on his raxes.
  • Use more these foul things IPB Imageas 2nd option instead of warges.Their splash dmg against mineshaft is always useful throughout the game.
  • Never forget of siege!

Pros
  • Smart start by not aiming to creep knowing the possibilities to get creepjacked were high enough.you can still save 2 guards or 1 phalax+ 1 guard and quick rush with RC knowing he wont have crows to debuff your attack.
  • Beautiful constant pressure of your opponent until the very end. had you carefully known the danger and saved your heroes in time at most skirmishes,you would have maybe ended up victorious.
  • Wisely picked the right powers at the right time.

Suggestions
  • Avoid creeping troll lair right after you have failed rushing.There are high chances of getting creepjacked (as you got),specially when you cannot support the treasure with enough army.
  • Defensive stance on your units/heroes after devastation is casted,nub.specially when Gloin casts shake foundation on a 3 lvl rax close to fort.
  • Use sword on hobbits against pikes.

  • Phalax->defensive and not attack stance against Uruk warriors plz.
  • Dont suicide your heroes like that when you dont have enough army to support a dubious attack on the opponents well defended base.Retreat as soon as you realize you will lose the skirmish.This happened numerous times.IPB Image
  • Better use axe throw rather than a possible failed leap attack with gimli.IPB Image
  • Use more phalaxes in late game while you realize there are still wargs produced.They are also stronger supporters around dain+gimli due to the passive abilities of these heroes.Axes mostly feed rather than help to eliminate your enemy at that point.
  • If you want to use ups more efficiently with only axes+guards,Id suggest to use armor upgrade to your guards to hold the enemy on the front and forged blades for your axes in the back like a boss IPB Image










  • Just kill his Saru with axe throw.Ignore attacking multiple heroes at once cuz you will end up killing none.Bad drunk Gimli IPB Image










  • Summon as long as possible battlewagon instead of catapult for defense as soon as you notice he goes for corsairs.You let him gain more space and time,therefore losing control of the map on a crusial point of the game.
  • Dont aim for his fort when its destruction is highly unpredictable.Focus on his raxes and high lvl RBs instead.You just wasted enough upgraded army and hobbits power for no actual reason giving him more space to recover.
CONCLUSION

Fast pacing game with constant pressure from both sides,mainly good isen micro and decent dwarf macro with high lvl heroes and upgraded units which were overcomen by dominance of the White Hand leading to the red dawn filled with blood from dwarven flesh
