I would say, build a haradrim palace at the start and get some easterlings out and then the orc pits. Or scout a goblin player with eye to see if he builds or obviously plans a fissure at the start.

I've spotted his fissure with my first orc. Then made haradrim palace as fast as possible. Maybe it was my start that made me lose but how could ı know he was going fissure. I could made towers to base and then he could jsut creep whole map and ı would just lose my 400 money.
By giving up your fort but trying to exploit it at max before lossing it (make a nazgul). Use ur orcs properly, some horde bonus to wipe the goblin fort and win the game. Nazgul forces troll to grab trees, if that happens, that's already almost 3.75 times less damage. (shoulder would be 180 dmg, should with tree 48)
