Well he said he was sure he could win the MU when he had host, but I was Isengard instead. So after me playing what is one of my first 2.2 games ever, I lost fairly solidly (just before I hit FtF) with Isengard vs his Goblins on his host. So I decide to take him up on his offer for Dwarves vs Goblins in the rematch. Either I'm really rusty, Nuclear has gotten a lot better, the matchup is actually balanced now, or all of the above^^. Fun game. Let's go for a rating, although playstyle might have changed, this is my first 2.2 Dwarven game I think.
Overview: A nice match with some good play from both, there were mistakes but nothing terrible and overall a good watch.
Fabled: Not sure what was going on with the forward mine placement and the fact that you ran your pikes to the wargs, would just use the mine system. Your first MoD was a bit wasted, achieved nothing by summoning at your base instead of with your troops who were attacking at the time. Loss of a builder needlessly, your first gloin was left at a troll lair for ages doing nothing. Bit slack on the old macro at times. However on the whole hero micro was ok, you had a good balance of defending and attacking and i don't think i saw a single BW run into pikes. Nuclear: I think you had a pretty good game tbh, i would expand a bit more early game, he gave you free reign for quite a while. Would put up some more PBs earlier as well, such as 4 caves, 2 spider pits, 2 fissures for example. You had the money and the extra spam would have been much more useful than getting Shelob who did absolutely nothing. There was a while when you controlled an inn yet you hardly built any wildmen from them, wildmen with fire are very useful vs Dwarves. Oh and nice use of darkness combined with forged blades, towards late game it looked like that combo would possibly win it for you.

Man this was a close match. Nice job getting the creeps, that really put some pressure on me. Wasn't sure how to attack you base midgame to be honest, I was intimidated by you 5 BWs. GG mate, that was a fun one

Calm down. This replay is incredably new. Like the day before yesterday. Give it close to two weeks before you start pushing for reviews.....or ratings....

fabled can you please remind me what that strat i was doing to you at the very end of 1.7 was. It was that one that was op errr in this matchup, that I said couldnt be beat (beat your goblins with it twice). Im trying to remember it, but i cant.....
