Game full of little skrimishes all over the map basically all the time, both reached 25 pp and further(the other pp path) ...lot of action there, you wont be bored
tbh even if this match up is pretty balanced i rather playing dwarvs. Playing as motw require too much concentration, if you make a bad move as motw like going somewhere with your whole army and then the dwarvs rush your base, your clearly dead.

Agreed completely, altho I like to play for motw more as it gives you so many more options. Like either going for a foot army or TGs and rangers and slowly take the map control with them or just spam rohirrim with theoden and keep ur foot army ready to defence as i did here iirc .
its actually really hard as motw cauz u cant really send your whole army in a same place but you also cant really split your units cauz otherwise you wont have enough units to defend.
Imo as motw you really need each unit, my favorite order vs dwarvs is creep; SoG spam, Horses, boromir,archers, roh.
Quick horses is really good if your oponent doesnt have a perfect micro
