Interesting game between 2 good players, with 2 destroyed fortresses and a fight to the bitter end.
-Gondorhorn
That spiderpit was pure sillyness =) always keep your pb's as close to your fort as possible, you lost it cause it was outside of range for the fort's spiderpit expansion. Was quite unneeded. Also if you know mordor starts pikes and you got a few gw doing nothing, check the creeps. You know he's creeping if all you see if pikes and no harassment on you whatsoever, so might aswell try to get in the way and get a profit of it if you succeed.
-Raziel
Relaxed start, loooots of creeps, followed by corsairs and naz. Rather solid against gobs, and it kinda looked like you had it in the bag at 1 point... Till he had forged blades.
Personally i thought you could have made a much harder strike on him if you didnt go for fire arrows on your fort but burning oil instead, so you wouldnt need so much units to protect it and in combination with barrage actually strike hard against him, but this is maybe just pure speculations.
Also, it might just be me noticing this but have you noticed that when you mixed in a few orc archers, fights against his halftroll/goblin warrior armies actually went alot better? Before you had those, that combination came on top in every battle you had against him.
Overall, excellently played guys :thumb:, definately worth of a wub
