After 1 minute was a way to say you can see if the player you're facing is noob/average/good/pro after a little time.You know about the powers he chooses,his micro and his strategy,stances.Ofc not after 1 minute,maybe after 3 when you meet his units/buildings and you see if you have to play more seriously..
Yeah sere you're right,but i think if you play tourney you ususally don't try new and sometimes stupid tactics against everyone especially against a player who tried to have an onhost account(1) so ofc he's not a noob.
