Mark Skaggs recently announced on Facebook that was impressed with the Generals modding community and wanted to get involved. For those of you that don't know, Mark is (per his Twitter bio) a Game Maker; Made FarmVille, CityVille, Treasure Isle, TheVille, C&C Generals, C&C Red Alert 2 and Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle-earth."
I'd say he qualifies to help out. Here is the Facebook quote
