Overall Game
Good, action packed china game on another map for a change. Good gen point usage, flanking, team work etc. etc.
At a certain point, about halfway, you can see the inevitable outcome, however, this is somewhat due to the map setup.
The map setup is such that the top supply, for the bottom left player (each player gets two supplies) is so close to the other team/player, thats it is easy to harass.
Some floating midway through did not help for the team in question though.
The game is still interesting after the outcome is (mostly) set, that is what brings up the grade.
Overall gameplay/micro/stragegy: 6,5
Entertainment: 7,5

Special feature: 9 gatts and a lotus own an ovie, 3 battle master and about 6 tank hunters. I could not see any way around for the beaten army. Well done gattspammer.exe

Well played overall. As shown in the screenshot some posts below this review, you had some very good combinations. However I also liked the doubling, usage of flanks, mixing of armies and last but not least: lotus usage. Very good.
At some points I even felt to call in the help of some feared staff members, but after rewatching I had to conclude: yes, everything was visible. Very nice scouting.
However, not everything is commendable.
[pop]nuuble, what made you think a warf/rax combo for starters was a good build order?
You repaired the ‘damage’ by quickly building another war factory. Luckily for you your opponent got flamewalled at his secondary supply center. Vs a dual warf spam, I would have given you a small chance.
One more thing: [pop]noOble played very nice. However the supply placement, as mentioned above, for his direct opponent did help him to the room to manouver and harass.


    Points for improvement

  • One thing I feel the need to repeat: dual warf ftw plz!
  • At some points, both of you forgot (or re-ordered too late) units flanking or in the back of the opponents base. I suggest keep 1 or 2 hotkeys empty, and number any units going way about the map. Keep checking these units, you could have done more damage, also in terms of keeping the opponent busy.

Team2

[Gaijin] (bottom-left) & -FreedieMercury (bottom-right)
There were some more troubles in this team, especially early game. What really saved you throughout the match was good micro, and i think experience in this game.
-FreedieMercury had the trouble in loosing his forward supply early game due to a flanking flamer. This really set you back some. However micro and choise of units kept you in the game, even fighting of 2vs1 at one point.
[Gaijin] made a mistake early game. You saw the flamer heading for your allies secondary supply, yet you did not beacon it! He even had a battlemaster there, which could have saved the supply. This was really a shame.
Later on you had trouble maintaining the forward, almost in the middle of the map supply. When your opponent had teched up, you even had to deal with lotus and some bombardements. However you survived these attacks really nicely, in the end even your opponents could not kill you out right. It took some time and alot of cash harassment.


    Points for improvement

  • Beacon any incoming units from your direct opponent to your allies base in case he missed them. Or overall: work on better teamwork. Talk to each other!
  • Do not float, not even 3k.
  • [Gaijin] : dont make a propaganda when your down to one supply and one dozer. Keep up the cash flow, even if it means going against a teched up opponent. I feel you would stand a better chance. The replay of the week about a month ago from ColonelBash shows how you can stand against teched up units with unteched ones using superior micro and a good spam.

ok i´ve here is a combo in this game.
there come 2 ovies to me and i cant stop the tanks but my m8 droped mines and my nuke shot on the minse thats nice, and here are the SS´s smile.gif
