Presenting the Zero Hour Winners' Circle!

By Plokite_Wolf - 20th December 2016 - 15:50 PM

Greetings, generals! GameReplays.org is proud to present to you a concept taken from the C&C 3: Kane's Wrath section - the Winner's Circle! Here we log data from all Zero Hour tournaments organized and/or endorsed by GameReplays. The history spans all the way to the earliest archived tournaments in version 1.02 in 2004, back when the site was called CnCReplays, and also covers community patches 1.05x and 1.06.

An addition made in comparison to the Kane's Wrath original are the links to the tournament threads. This means that you will be able to access the replays of the tournaments you want, so you can see how the game was played back then, or just if you want a nostalgia trip.

A point system is also present, which helps keep track of the most successful players out there. Usual tournaments are tallied by giving the winner 1 point, but one-starred tournaments show a higher-skilled competition and give the winner 2 points and the runner-up 1 point, while two-starred tournaments (currently applied to the annual World Series and Que Club's events) give the winner 3 points and the runner-up 2 points.

We must also stress that the data found in the Winner's Circle is not necessarily indicative of individual skill, but it gives insight on tournament regulars.

The Winners' Circle will be updated as new tournaments are held. Perhaps you will be one of the players it will celebrate?
