CNC Zero Hour

Here we have another Semi-match on one of my least favorite maps, TDNoBugsCars; Although one of the best maps. The game is between two players who have apparently become rivals recently, and their H2H stats currently stand at: MarlboroRed 50/20(%) KizarU 20/50(27%), as of leaving this review.

Comments on Kizaru:

• Good job going for map control early on, but too few Workers collecting at the start.
• Good idea to go for Super Marauders when he is going Duel-WF; But keep up on your supply defense, losing a supply to a single BM is bad., and can make you lose the game. In your case this game, you should have built a Tunnel on the other side of the supply dock instead of a Demo Trap, and popped a Marauder in and out as defense while he was just sending BM's.
• Good job taking that oil, but try to take it just a bit earlier.
• You need to watch out for those Helixes, which will almost certainly come at some point in this MU, so have some Quads ready to pop at any time, and it would help if you practiced a bit more map awareness, as you were slow to react to certain things coming your way in this game.
• You should have gone to take back your main supply ASAP; You never had enough Workers collecting in this game.
• Overall: Not enough time spent looking around at your own base and defenses, coupled with somewhat lacking micro when attacking(those Quads lost to a bomber), and a few other smaller bits.

Comments on MarlboroRed:

• Put your bottom left Dozer behind your WF and get mines on it, then it can't be hunted by RPS's, or a TT, and if you can, move your Supply Truck through the mines on the WF as a Technical is attacking it, and it may just follow the truck into the mines.
• When engaging Tunnels with Nuke BM's, just send one directly in front of a Tunnel, then have any others fire on the Tunnel and anything that pops out, following up with another one in case the one in front of the Tunnel is destroyed.
• If you are denying a supply with just a single BM, don't move it away, let him come and Destroy it, this will waste him time; Also, you could have destroyed that supply fairly easily early on with a Dragon and BM or two.
• Good going with the switch to Helixes; There's nothing GLA can do without their AD, so after you destroy it go all-out against whatever he has while he can't rebuild any vehicles.
• Aw man, what was that called with your Helixes? Never run them into Quads unless you have Nuclear Bombs upgraded on them so you can at least pull off some martyrdom.
• Far too little Lotus cheese in this game.
• Overall: Poor micro and unit mixing, not enough aggression, and absent minded moments.

First comment is very appropriate for this one. I will give it a 5/10 for my entertainment, but a 1/10 for the skill displayed within. I know that you both usually play better than this(I hope).
