You got owned. It just took ages cos its a gla mirror. If u tech 2nd its game lost cos u can never catch up, unless u r playing a noob. He played crap. He went for pure battlebus spam, didnt even need to micro them cos he was so far ahead of u. He had 5 markets and a scud and u could barely keep a supply up before 4 more BBs cam and killed it again. Your main mistake was that tech rpg owns yet u went for scorp spam. Needed to tech way quicker, and demo upgrade mite have helped a bit.
I suck with gla too but i win 70% of my gla mirrors by doing this. Go mid, use terror cars to run over workers in middle and flanks. Get tunnels up near both oils, one in your base and one in the middle. Build 4 upgraded techs, put the 8 rpgs and a worker in teh techs, drive to his base, drop them all near his supply or wf, both if u can and own them whilst building a tunnel. While u do this build a palace and then battlebuses teh ret of the way with some mobs, if it even lasts that long. Just watch out for tunnles on the way to his base with the tech rpg, and u'll almost always win. The only other thing that can go wrong is if u lose a tunnel or teh rpgs from it, and be quick, the longer u leave it the less effective it is.
Gameplay Overview: I'll admit that when I see demo gen, I cringe. I expect tech spamming lameness or something like that. But I must say, I was pleasently surprised this time. You build techs, rpgs, and scorps to fend off his tunnels and tech/rpg spam. I had hoped for something even better afterwads, but alas, like I'll get into below, you basically got cheated out of a good match. The way you held onto a good portion of the map despite a constant onslaught of BBs was excellent. You also never sunk to his level. I believe I saw one BB from you the whole game, and that was just one you sniped and grabbed. Good mix of scorps and buggies, and great micro. Excellent use of jarmen. Frankly, I can't say you weren't offensive because there's almost no way you could have been. There was never a time when he didn't have 2 or 3 BBs attacking you. Overall I really don't think you're as noob with GLA as you think you are, but you never got a good chance to show off real strats since you were too busy trying to fight off bs BBs.
Pros:
Excellent micro and mixing.
Not giving up even you were playing a jackass.
Cons:
Could have grabbed the oil early game by building a tunnel there instead of further down.
Should have sent something down the left flank while he was distracted on the right early on.
Gameplay Overview: Your beginning BO is a liar. I figured I was in for some good gameplay, with all the tunnels everywhere. With the techs and rpgs, I thought you were going to be good. But alas, your gameplay lied. I got to sit through a nice round of BB and BM spam. Nothing but fucking BBs. Your group of BBs got 0wned? BUILD SOME MORE! The sad part is, you actually won. I may not like pi that much, but I really wanted to see him slaughter your BB-spamming noob ass. Even USA rockvee spammers aren't this bad. Even I'M not this bad with GLA. I'm just disgusted, really.

The thing is, it was a cw game, the guy was playing to win, and hes was in a massively better position that pi so all he needed to do was bb spam. The game turned out this way cos pi made too many mistakes early on. They are hard to notice, but gettin too many scorps is a huge mistake cos it slows teching down so much. If the game and been even he mite have had to think bout playing well, but it was like being 10-0 up with 20 mins to go, he could wotever he liked to finish the game cos it didnt matter.
