This was just a FFG so Dackel was obviously not playing as serious as usually and tried a new strat. Pretty fun game tongue.gif
Cool to see how he held me off with so little units most of the time

Nice mixing by the USAF, and an interesting BO. Kinda predictable ending since stealth can deal well with all out air power better than any. Gen points were really effective when played defensively, usually see them ruining bases in one blow.

Such micro is not to be seen in any other replays posted here, good job dackelcopter. The only thing that came to my attention was that you didnt get ''Countermeasures'' which increases the armor of your commanches (Not sure about chinooks) even against bullets. Correct me if Im mistaken though :|

Humvees for helix he would better done, anyway morgh played not good as i know him. he sleeped by the game, raptors were all at airfield for 2min. and why he dont made outposts at the one flank wacko.gif ?

reece you fool, dackel is a cyborg, didnt you see him moving those 2 combat nooks and humvees , missiledefenders and king raptors. I think his battery just went low, thats it.

Pros:

- Took map control(both oils & both middle supplies)
- Good use of flanking tunnels
- Kept up the attacks all game

Cons:

- Could have used more tunnels at the beginning
- Didn't tech up which meant no AP Bullets.
- Quite a lot of cash floating

I think you played very good considering that your not a GLA player wink.gif, you could have gone for more early tunnels since he didn't attempt to kill your workers, but you got a tunnel up just outside his base which was good. You kept putting a lot of pressure on him with quads and some RPG's but one of your main mistakes was not spreading your quads out enough which meant the CC killed them very quickly. If you spread them, the CC either has to come towards them and potentially dying or retreating.

Your biggest mistake was that you teched very late, you should have gotten palace alot sooner since you had a really strong economy, and built a BM immediately since the AP Bullets is crucial against AF, especially with that many quads.

Nice Anthrax bomb at the end on his MD's but you drove your buggies straight into it laugh.gif

Pros:

- Amazing micro throughout the game
- Very nice mixing(very rarely see that with AF tongue.gif)
- Held off quads with just Air units for a long time

Cons:

- More Humvees would have made life easier vs the quads(I know you didn't because it wasn't serious)
- Lost some comanches carelessly

You started of with an interesting BO, not sure how it would work if it was a serious game but it made it more exciting to watch. You mixed very well, raptors, commanches, humvees and 2 CC's that lasted for AGES because of very good micro. You didn't get the countermeasures upgrade though, which would have made your air units own the quads even more.

You stayed alive a lot longer than you should have because of very good gen points usage to hold of his continous spam of quads(the only 1 that was used badly was the A10 that hit nothing tongue.gif)

Summary: I think this was a very gg, and possible ROTW. The fact that it was a FFA made things more interesting, and it was nice to see USAF mix and hold off all those quads for so long, however if Dackel had played serious he would have easily won.

IMO not tunnel spamming but instead getting alot of quads was a good decision because tunnels aren't too good against air units tongue.gif. 1 quad > 1 tunnel in that situation and I had control of the map anyway. I've also teched pretty late because I wanted to keep pressure on, maybe could've teched a bit earlier though. Thanks for the review, nice one.

That's true, but a tunnel on both sides would have been useful to sneak in quads as well as retreat your quads in when his CC's attack then bring them out the other side.
