Not ideally, but that's the challenge.

You're not likely to see OP's being spammed against Air until he sees what you're doing, which can give you the time to stop the first Gat or two and then harass his base with a lone one to stop more from coming immediately. Something like that or other.

Probably wouldn't work against any top player, but against some of the Pros & Semis, why not?
